As a branding photographer in Cincinnati, Ohio, I love working with real estate agents. Despite sharing a common profession, each agent has a unique personality and approach to their work. This individuality is what makes branding photography so essential for real estate agents!
What Are Branding Photos for Real Estate Agents?
Branding photos are more than just professional headshots. They are visual tools that help you connect with potential clients by showcasing your personality and values. While clients consider your experience and titles, your traits and values play a significant role in their decision-making process. Good branding photos should not only present a polished, professional image but also reveal who you are as a person. That is why I say, that your branding photos should be about YOU, just taken to the next level, helping you elevate your business.
Case Study: Tatiana Nazarova
One of my recent projects was with Tatiana Nazarova, a longtime client, and fantastic real estate agent. Our successful working relationship meant I was already familiar with her preferences and style. After receiving a single text message from her, I had a vision board and ideas ready to go even before our initial consultation. Tatiana wanted to update her branding with new photos for her website and social media. We discussed the vision board, selected our favorite ideas, and scheduled an in-person meeting to go through a brand questionnaire and choose outfits for her session. This is something I do for my branding clients to help them unload the tasks they already have on their plate. I want your photoshoot experience to be as fun as possible!
After our in-person consultation, we came up with a couple more fun ideas. Tatiana is meticulous and always puts her client’s interests above all. I often see her Instagram stories about how she fixes the tiniest things before an open house. So, we decided to do some fun branding photos with a drill—she, of course, had a full set of instruments ready!
We finalized a vision board, and I prepared a list of outfits, accessories, and props for every part of the photo shoot to make everything as easy as possible. We had three different locations planned, one of which was a rooftop with a beautiful view of Cincinnati!
